CRI Pumps offers an exciting opportunity for Channel Managers with a proven track record in network development and sales. Join us to lead strategic initiatives and expand our market reach.
You will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing distributor, dealer, sub-dealer, and retailer networks, ensuring strategic execution of sales initiatives and achieving product-wise targets in agriculture and residential segments.
Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and manage a network of distributors, dealers, sub-dealers, retailers, and mediators.
- Achieve product-wise sales targets and improve market share in the agriculture and residential segments.
- Plan and execute promotional and advertising activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Derive and implement business strategies for counters and markets.
- Develop and manage a field-level sales force to strengthen the network and enhance brand presence.
- Conduct extensive travel across the assigned territory.
Required Skills:
- Engineering or Management graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Channel Management.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication skills and innovative thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams effectively.

- Self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
