CRI Pumps offers a unique opportunity for Accounts Professionals with proven experience in financial processes and SAP software. If you’re detail-oriented and thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
You will be responsible for handling purchase and sales entries, taxation compliance, and vendor account reconciliation across our nationwide operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle purchase & sales entries and debit note processes.
- Work efficiently in SAP software for financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly marketing expenses, region and activity-wise.
- Perform vendor account reconciliation and statutory record maintenance.
- Follow up with branches to collect accounts and prepare monthly reports.
- Manage vendor bill follow-ups, payment schedules, and account status reconciliation.
- Cross-check invoice details, including material quantities, rates, and discounts.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for raising PR and PO.
Required Skills:
- B.Com graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts and finance.
- Proficient in SAP software.
- Knowledge of taxation, GST, and statutory compliances.
- Expertise in Excel and handling accounts.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Desired Skills:
- Detail-oriented with excellent reconciliation skills.
- Ability to prepare and manage budgets effectively.
- Good follow-up skills for vendor payments and branch accounts.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
